WARRANTY

Our warranty covers any defect in material quality or workmanship that may occur with normal and reasonable use during the warranty period. In these cases, Millar Watches will cover the costs of repair/replacement of the product(s) and/or parts of products that prove to be defective under normal and reasonable use. The warranty period is valid through 12 months after the date of purchase.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or replacements for the following:

  1. Repairs necessitated by use other than normal and/or reasonable use.

  2. Blemishes caused by normal wear and tear.

  3. Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.

  4. Any damages that may arise after any unauthorized work is attempted.

  5. Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS

​We offer a full refund, excluding shipping, for all unworn watches returned within 14 days of delivery. .

UNWORN CONDITION ONLY

We understand that you want to try the watch on your wrist, but all returned watches must be in perfect unworn condition (with all the plastic protection adhesives intact and still glued to the watch), and in their original packaging. We do not accept slightly worn watches for refunds. If the watch is returned in perfect condition, but the strap has been used or marked, we will not accept the watch, and it will be returned to you.

CONTACT US FOR THE AUTHORIZATION

Before shipping your return, email us at support@millarwatches.com to receive the return instructions and authorization code (RMA). This code is necessary to identify the returning parcel in our warehouse. If you return the watch without the RMA code, we will not be able to process it, and we will send it back to you.

WATCH INSPECTION

After receiving the timepiece, we will inspect it and verify if there is any risks or marks on its case, glass or strap. If it is in perfect condition, we will issue your full refund. But if there is any sign of usage, unfortunately, we will not accept it, and we will send it back to you.


TRACKING YOUR RETURN

Choose a reliable Shipping Method with a Tracking Number, so we can follow up the delivery until the watch returns to us. Without a valid Tracking Number, we will be unable to locate your return and issue your refund. Please, be sure you get the Tracking Number in order to be refunded.


REFUND

For purchases with a credit card, it usually takes 2-6 days to receive the refund. If you do not receive it after the 6th day, we issued your refund, contact us at support@millarwatches.com

Your order is processed within 1-3 business days after the payment is received.
